Description
Located in the very heart of the Ilhéou valley and on its biggest lake shore, Ilhéou Raymond Ritter refuge benefits from a remarkable location Departure point of numerous hikes of different levels, it is rather central to radiate in the surroundings and to discover wonderful ponds, lakes, mountain passes and peaks.
From the beginning of June until October, walkers, hikers, fishers and mountain sports lovers will be heartedly welcomed at the refuge. Near the fireplace you’ll be served -among other typical meals - the marvellous “garbure” which will help you to recover and regain strength in the usual warm atmosphere of Pyrenees refuges.
